Job summary

Peraton seeks a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. The role sits at the intersection of collection strategy and operational outcomes across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT, driving deconfliction and shaping how the cyber command analyzes adversaries.

You will lead cross-disciplinary collection strategies, work with analysts, and apply automation and AI/ML to optimize collection and information sharing across the IC.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Minimum experience aligns with degree status: 12 years without a degree or 10 with AA/AS or 8 with BS/BA or 6 with MS/MA or 3 with PhD.
  • Working knowledge of collection management concepts and IC/DoD guidelines.
  • Ability to evaluate and synthesize multiple sources using structured analytic techniques.
  • Proficiency producing timely, logical analytic reports in Microsoft Office formats.
  • Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities across sensors, platforms, HUMINT sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication of complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage collection requirements using CHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and GIMS, ensuring timely validation and deconfliction.
  • Develop and refine multi-discipline collection strategies for USCYBERCOM and CMF customers.
  • Monitor strategies, provide feedback, and adjust approaches with analysts and planners.
  • Support IC engagements, deconflicting and coordinating cross-organizational needs.
  • Deconflict Title 10 and Title 50 SIGINT tasking to comply with authorities.
  • Conduct collection management trend analysis and share process improvements.
  • Execute collaborative orchestration campaigns using automation and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Develop doctrinal CM work products like CRMx, JIPCLs, and RSTA matrices.
  • Provide SME support for GEOINT and collection requirements portfolio management.
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions for command-wide programs.

  • Working knowledge of collection management concepts, functions, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and synthesize multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
  • Proficiency producing timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors, platforms, and HUMINT sources
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Preferred
  • Proficiency withCHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and/orGIMScollection management systems
  • Experience with Collection Exploitation (COLLEX) and discovery operations
  • Familiarity with USCYBERCOM collection management authority (CMA) and delegated SIGINT authorities
  • Experience developing collection strategies for Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs)
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications for collection optimization and automation
  • Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC Collection Management course
  • 12+ yearsof relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master's degreein a related field —ora Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
  • DoD 8140 All-Source Collection Manager compliant

What You'll Do
  • Manage collection requirements usingCHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and GIMS, ensuring timely validation, deconfliction, and submission to DIA and IC agencies
  • Develop and refine multi-discipline collection strategies to close intelligence gaps for USCYBERCOM and Cyber Mission Force (CMF) customers
  • Monitor collection strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate with analysts and planners to adjust approaches based on reporting outcomes
  • Support IC engagements through national working groups and boards, deconflicting and coordinating cross-organizational intelligence needs
  • DeconflictTitle 10 (ISR)andTitle 50 SIGINTmission tasking to ensure compliance with delegated authorities
  • Conduct collection management trend analysis and share insights to improve processes and procedures across the organization
  • Execute collaborative multi-disciplinary collection orchestration campaigns, leveraging automation, AI/ML capabilities, and innovative data streams
  • Develop doctrinal CM work products includingCollection Requirement Matrices (CRMx), JIPCLs, and RSTA matrices
  • Provide subject matter expertise for GIMS and GEOINT collection requirements portfolio management
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
