The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager - Mid Level to deliver advanced all‑source analytic support, collection management, and operational planning for intelligence operations and requirements supporting U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). This critical role demands deep expertise across multiple intelligence disciplines, mastery of collection systems and processes, and an ability to align intelligence activities with the strategic mission of both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC).

Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
Analyze intelligence derived from a broad spectrum of sources—including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT)—to assess, forecast, and elucidate complex national security and cyberspace issues. Develop and implement comprehensive, multi‑domain collection strategies, postures, and operational plans designed to close critical USCYBERCOM intelligence information gaps and meet emerging mission requirements. Translate tactical intelligence needs into actionable strategic objectives and coordinate validated requirements through United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) to ensure community‑wide alignment and responsiveness. Utilize and manage collection management tools and databases such as Coliseum, HOTR, NHRTC, and OSCAR‑MS for submitting, validating, and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs) and collection tasks. Represent USCYBERCOM at boards, bureaus, committees, working groups (B2C2WG), and other coordination forums, enabling collaborative, deconflicted, and integrated intelligence collection planning. Direct and synchronize the employment of both organic and non‑organic collection assets to support operational and strategic intelligence objectives across all echelons of command. Validate, de‑conflict, and consolidate intelligence requirements supporting service cyber components and Cyber Mission Forces (CMF); develop, maintain, and communicate Command Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). Serve as a subject matter expert in Geospatial Intelligence Information Management Services (GIMS), facilitating the development, updating, and sustainment of GEOINT collection portfolios. Advise and assist with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) planning, asset resource availability, and time‑sensitive requirement de‑confliction—ensuring synchronized operations in concert with CYBERCOM J2 and related stakeholders. Contribute to the formulation and execution of USCYBERCOM collection management authorities and responsibilities; develop operational instructions (OIs) and collection management plans that enable effective command‑wide intelligence operations and initiatives.
