Job summary

Pride One Construction is seeking a Multi-Family Site Superintendent in Delaware, OH. You will be directly responsible for daily operations and ensuring successful project completion per contract parameters.

The role targets coordination of subs, vendors, and internal teams, with emphasis on schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. You will lead weekly meetings, prepare daily reports, monitor progress, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• OSHA-30 is required and must be obtained or be willing to obtain certification.
• Proficient in basic computer skills such as Word and Excel.
• Must be very organized and able to explain details/direction to others.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly project activities and direct subcontractors with input from the Project Manager.
• Schedule and manage all subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and workflow.
• Coordinate and run weekly subcontractor meetings and participate in progress meetings.

is currently searching for Multi-Family Site Superintendent to be directly responsible for daily operations and ensure successful completion of the project according to the parameters of the project contract.

Pride One is a commercial construction company that includes apartments, hotels, conference centers, student housing, assisted living facilities and churches. We quickly became a full service “turnkey” developer branching outside of Northeast Ohio and have completed projects in California, Wyoming, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Michigan. We are currently looking for candidates in the Delaware, OH area.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other subcontractors, clients, and employees

Our Multi-Family Site Superintendent will:

• Plan weekly project activities and provide directions to the subcontractors on the work to be performed with coordination from Project Manager
• Scheduling, coordinating, and managing the work of all subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality, a smooth workflow from pad to final walk through. Includes scheduling materials to ensure work is not delayed. Creating punch and work lists for subcontractors and vendors to ensure a quality home is built.
• Coordinate and run weekly subcontractor meetings and participate in progress meetings with the Project Management Team and owner/stakeholders.
• Preparing, maintaining, monitoring the project schedule and notifying the Project Manager of status towards completing plan activities
• Prepare and submit detailed Daily Reports/Logs documenting work progress, weather conditions, workforce numbers, site visitors, incidents, equipment, inspections, visitors and any problems resolved or remaining.
• Monitor the quality and progress of all construction work and provide updates to the Project Manager
• Conduct onsite walkthroughs on a regular basis with the clients to ensure their understanding of the project and their satisfaction
• Identify and inform the Project Manager of the need to change orders as appropriate, based on the project needs or client requests
• Conduct ongoing project checks after onsite construction is complete
• Coordinate the final onsite construction activities, such as obtaining Certificates of Occupancy
• Participate in project evaluation sessions/post-mortem meetings and use the information on future projects

Construction was primarily focused on projects in Northeast Ohio. We quickly became a full service “turnkey” developer. Land was identified for a particular end user; financing would be secured; and then zoning, building plans, utilities, roads and lots were all crafted by the team of Pride One professionals.
