Qualifications
- Three years of painting experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with patching, hanging drywall, and sanding surfaces.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards.
Responsabilités
- Prepare surfaces for painting and protect surroundings.
- Complete painting assignments neatly by deadlines.
- Clean work areas and store supplies after projects.
- Maintain inventory of tools, paint, and materials.
- Dispose of paint per supervisor instructions.
- Report unsafe conditions to management.
- Follow safety guidelines for hazardous chemicals.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by Maintenance Director.
