Job summary

Corporate Hospitality Service in Dallas, TX is seeking a dynamic Multifamily Property Manager to oversee daily operations of on-site apartment communities. This role demands leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and a hands-on approach to leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

You will manage budgets, coordinate staff, ensure safety and codes compliance, and drive occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven experience managing multifamily properties (5+ years preferred).
• Strong team leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with leasing, rent collections, and tenant relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong eye for interior aesthetics, cleanliness, and overall property appeal.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handle all aspects of rent collection, lease enforcement, and resident communication.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, painting, and capital projects.
• Ensure full compliance with state and local housing codes and safety standards.
• Address and resolve tenant issues, complaints, and non-payment situations.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections and manage unit turns.
• Lead leasing efforts by showing units, screening tenants, and maximizing occupancy.
• Manage and develop on-site staff, including maintenance teams and leasing agents.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all property operations.
• Manage Contractors
• Do final walks with make-ready.
