Job summary

Advant Solutions in Houston seeks a Multi-Family Project Manager to assist with project management duties, oversee administrative tasks, and coordinate contractors. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects up to $2.5M.

You will gather hardware and software requirements, order materials from multiple manufacturers, track delivery timelines, and report status to customers and onsite management. Epicor Prophet 21 ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects up to $2.5M in scope.
• Gather hardware/software requirements for each project.
• Order hardware from multiple manufacturers.
• Verify material delivery meets project timelines.
• Communicate status to customers and onsite management.
• Coordinate installation crew and scheduling.
• Coordinate hardware installation and project implementation with onsite management.
• Coordinate training and project documentation.
• Manage relationships with customers and general contractors.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for new construction.
