Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Multi Family Plumbing Foreman to lead and supervise plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects, plan daily work, and ensure work meets drawings, specs and codes.

You will coordinate with general contractors and trades, mentor journeymen, review reports, and uphold Freije’s standards and core values on every job site. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
• Prior experience leading crews or acting as foreman/lead plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
