Position Overview

The Multi-Family Leasing Agent is responsible for making sales, teamwork, and customer service top priorities. Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating amenities, touring apartments, and closing leases while maintaining an acceptable closing ratio.
• Greeting customers, listening to their preferences, and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Processing lease applications, conducting credit checks, tracking prospects, and following up on leads.
• Generating traffic through marketing efforts like online postings, outreach, referrals, and tours.
• Assisting with lease renewals and minimizing vacancy loss.
• Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and transfers to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Acting in compliance with all fair housing laws.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, customer service, or sales in luxury goods/services (e.g., car sales, travel, high-end retail).
• Excellent communication skills, self-discipline, positivity, energy, resourcefulness, and strong ethics.
• Reliable transportation for frequent market travel.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
