Job Description

This person will be responsible for supporting the Compliance and Ethics organization with administrative needs related to the automation conversion process for an internal system. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, experience sending out questionnaires and tracking results, making process improvement recommendations, and knowledge of diverse compliance systems. The role can be based in Raleigh, NC; San Jose, CA; Tempe, AZ; or remotely for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and track actions in an Excel tracker and online systems.
  2. Sort, organize, and maintain office records accurately.
  3. Provide information to the business and legal teams by answering questions and requests.
  4. Support the Compliance and Privacy teams with other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in the legal, compliance, or operations field with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task quickly and effectively.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
