Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies, headquartered in Columbus, OH, with offices in eleven markets, seeks an HVAC Service Technician - Multi-Family to diagnose, repair and maintain residential systems.

Must have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant service experience. Typical hours Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm with potential on-call shifts; on-site work in North Carolina markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of experience in service work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
