Job summary

Thrive Facilities is seeking a Facilities (Maintenance) Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple residential communities. You will assign daily work, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, quality upkeep in line with company standards.

The role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical maintenance expertise, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and compliance. On-site schedule may include overtime and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong project management abilities including planning and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to give direction and respond to inquiries.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, complete, and delegate maintenance work and requests.
• Provide on-call maintenance for evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Track status of all work orders and coordinate with staff and vendors.
• Inspect sites and ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Participate in budget preparation and manage operating expenses.
