Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate type 3 and type 5 wood-frame multi-story building estimates for multi-family and commercial projects. You will review plans, quantify materials, and support bid submissions with detailed cost analysis.

Proficiency in Planswift or similar estimating software and MS Office is essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are required.

Qualifications

Overview

Responsible for estimating type 3 and type 5 construction wood frame multi-story buildings. Responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project plans, and supporting the bidding process for multi-family and commercial projects. Estimators must be very detailed orientated, patient, and have experience estimating manually and / or with approved software (Planswift or similar).
