Job summary

Performance Electrical Contracting in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Multi-Family Foreman to lead our electricians on apartment and townhome projects. You will plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep the crew on schedule while delivering jobs to code.

You have 5+ years of electrical experience in multi-family, strong NEC knowledge, OSHA 10, and a proven track record leading a crew. A clean driving record is required. Garden-style and mid-rise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience, including multi-family.
• Experience leading a crew as a foreman or lead.
• OSHA 10
• Strong plan-reading skills and solid NEC knowledge
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians, apprentices, and helpers on multi-family jobs
• Plan the day, assign the work, and keep the job on schedule
• Run unit rough-in, trim-out, and common-area work to code
• Coordinate with the GC superintendent and other trades
• Schedule inspections and knock out punch lists
• Order materials and keep tools and equipment accounted for
• Keep your crew safe and run toolbox talks
• Complete daily reports and approve crew time
