Rivetus is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a multi-site team supporting geriatric post-acute care across a local territory. You will deliver PTA-led interventions across several Rivetus facilities, following plans from supervising therapists, and maintaining documentation and compliance.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with diverse teams, patients, and clinical environments while staying close to home.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current PTA licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel between assigned facilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy treatment across multiple Rivetus facilities within your assigned local territory.
• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, strengthening, mobility training, and other interventions within the PTA's scope of practice.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate changes or progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
• Collaborate with patients, families, nursing, therapy, and facility staff to support quality patient care.
• Adapt to different facility environments while maintaining consistent clinical care.
• Participate in continuing education, in-service programs, company meetings, and other activities as directed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, professional standards, and current clinical practice guidelines.
