Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, or corporate accounting strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting quarterly close and audit coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Work closely with the client’s accounting team to ensure timely reporting.
• Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP

Experience with QuickBooks Online

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of GAAP-based financial reporting

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines

Strong organizational and project management skills

Professional communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA designation (preferred)
