Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or coating environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE guidelines.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare parts for processing and handle loading/unloading operations.
• Operate production equipment and assist with coating, curing, and finishing.
• Read work orders and quality requirements; document results accurately.
• Identify issues and report safety, quality, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist cross-training as needed.
