Job summary

PCC Community Markets seeks Flex Clerks for Seattle locations. The role blends cashiering with stocking and display duties across grocery, dairy, produce, and more. You’ll provide friendly, professional service and support multiple departments, including Deli, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Applicants should have strong math and 10-key skills, be 18+, and hold a WA Food Worker Card. Evening and weekend shifts are common; union-affiliated benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent, professional customer service skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dependable with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and 10-key proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old, and possess a WA Food Worker Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Stock and rotate all grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk products.
• Face aisles and maintain back-stock organization.
• Build and maintain produce displays; rotate stock on sales floor.
• Update price changes and signage; ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• May bag groceries and assist customers at the register.
• Assist other departments as needed and handle returns.
