Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments, assist with deliveries, and help maintain clean, well-presented aisles while delivering friendly, fast-paced service. You will rotate merchandise to ensure freshness, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Show mutual respect for others and uphold Sprouts' diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs. for short distances with or without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and fill the frozen foods bins across multiple departments.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, ensure accuracy, and move product to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store and rotate merchandise for freshness.
