Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations at a custodian, RIA, or wealth management firm with end-to-end ownership
• Experience across multiple custodians or departments
• Sharp attention to detail with high-volume request handling
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows quickly
• Experience at an independent RIA is a bonus
• Exposure to custodial mergers or data migrations is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Own and triage the daily Core Ops request queue, including access provisioning and rep code updates
• Provide hands-on support for Historical Performance Migrations and Custodial Mergers
• Build fluency across custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
• Partner with technical specialists and the CX team to identify and fix process gaps
• Help build redundancy and structure for Core Ops scalability
• Support account opening, transfers, and money movement across the multi-custodial platform
