Qualifications
- Possess an associate degree or higher in Mechatronics (completed & verified)
- OR
- Possess a high school diploma/GED with five or more years of maintenance experience
- AND Rockwell PLC and Drive Programming Skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair and install production equipment following diagrams and manuals.
- Operate hand/power tools and shop equipment.
- Work on equipment in cramped or elevated locations, using ladders or lifts.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to control and mechanical systems.
- Communicate with production personnel and contractors.
- Support continuous improvement by implementing operator ideas.
