Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of professional residential remodeling or construction experience.
• Skilled across multiple phases of remodeling work, with strong finish skills.
• Self-start with strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and trustworthy with accountability.
• Willing to mentor less-experienced team members.
• Required: valid driver's license, reliable transportation; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Full
Time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) Pay: $25-$35/hour (based experience), paid weekly Job Sites:
Typically within 1 hour of Black Mountain, NC

What You'll Do

As a Multi-Craft Specialist at Semper Fi, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional remodels by:

• Performing skilled tasks across all phases of residential remodeling, including framing, trim, and finishing work
• Executing assigned tasks accurately
  from foundations through finish work and all phases of construction, efficiently, and with pride in craftsmanship
• Collaborating with Project Managers and team members to meet schedules and quality expectations
• Communicating job progress and updates using JobTread, our project management system
• Anticipating job site needs and adapting as projects evolve
• Maintaining clean, safe, and respectful job sites
