This role requires a skilled professional who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work. A strong finish carpentry background and reliable tools are essential to deliver top-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodeling including framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall/finishes, painting, doors, windows, flooring.
• Reading and understanding project plans and scopes of work.
• Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Identifying problems early and developing solutions.
• Using company job management software for updates, photos, notes, and project communication.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing residential remodeling work including framing, trim, cabinetry installation, drywall/finishes, painting, doors, windows, flooring, and finish carpentry.
• Reading and understanding project plans and scopes of work.
• Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Identifying problems early and helping develop solutions.
• Using company job management software for daily updates, photos, notes, and project communication.
• Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry skills.
