Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or higher in Electrical Maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of documented industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and operating basic machine tools; minor welding.
• Knowledge of PLC logic, VFDs, servo drives, and 3-phase power.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Realign and adjust mechanical components; install and repair electrical/mechanical systems.
• Perform mechanical/electromechanical tests to verify function and diagnose failures.
• Use predictive maintenance tools like IR Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing.
• Maintain qualifications and operate equipment according to department needs.
• Troubleshoot/repair equipment to meet safety, quality, and reliability goals.
• Share knowledge with team and support on-shift problem solving.
