Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for night shifts at its Indianapolis bakery. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (limited time), PTO starting on day one, affordable health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), relocation assistance available, quarterly attendance bonus, and a 12-hour shift schedule on a 2-2-3

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Analyze/maintain equipment throughout the plant.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Shift: Days 5pm- 5am (2-2-3 rotation)

Primary responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance onengines,motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines
