CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Day shift at our Indianapolis bakery. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to keep highly automated production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, sensors and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, manuals and engineering specs.
• Maintain equipment across the plant and follow safety policies.

Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Reports to: Director of Maintenance

Pay Range:$36.00 Hour - $40.00 Hour

Shift: Days 5am – 5pm (2-2-3 rotation)

CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its highly automated, state-of-the-art commercial bakery. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Primary responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance onengines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications
• Analyzes/Maintain equipment throughout the plant
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Understands specifications
