Job summary

Patterns-India® is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipment in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and read technical documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Hands-on experience across electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with PLCs and industrial automation.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and associated components.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Experience documenting maintenance activities in CMMS.

Responsibilities

Follow safety regulations, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with Engineering to install, test, troubleshoot, and release new or modified equipment.
Record maintenance activities in CMMS and maintain accurate logs.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in production and processing environments.
Troubleshoot PLCs, automated systems, and industrial networks.
Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes; replace worn components.
Perform equipment rebuilds, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Support automation and distributed control system architectures.
