Chenega MIOS in Huntsville, AL seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support our DoD fleet maintenance team, performing repair, fabrication, rebuilding and testing of parts using shop facilities and standard tooling.

This role requires a High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel 20-30% to CONUS/OCONUS locations. Interim Secret clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Interim Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Track equipment Work Orders using CMMS software.
• Perform services on and repair hydraulic systems.
• Perform fabrication using hydraulic shears, brakes, hydraulic presses, and basic hand tools.
• Inspect, repair, and replace braking and suspension systems on vehicles and trailers.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a wide variety of Material Handling Equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
