Job summary

IPG is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production and facility equipment. The role requires collaboration with engineers and operators to ensure optimal machine reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience or a technical degree with related experience, plus CMRT certification and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / G.E.D and 5 years of manufacturing multi-craft maintenance experience OR 5 years military experience in a technical field OR Associate's Degree in a technical field with two years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced production and facility equipment.
• Enter, manage, and complete work orders into the AMMS; track spare parts and inventory.
• Support process engineers and operators to solve problems with root-cause analysis.
• Perform PLC-related diagnostics, instrumentation calibrations, and various mechanical tasks.
• Related tasks as requested by supervisor
