Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic installation, repair, and replacement of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components.
• Maintain buildings and inspect fixed equipment and utilities.
• Transport tools and equipment to the job site and obtain necessary supplies.
• Coordinate contractor service delivery when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
