Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and test complex mechanical and electrical equipment including automated machines and process controls. The role includes preventive maintenance, electrical work, and basic plant systems support.

Responsibilities include reporting daily activities, supporting installation and repair procedures, ensuring safety, managing inventories, and operating a forklift with a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Technology.
• Military or On-the-Job Training in industrial maintenance – electrical/electronics/mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and accurately reports personal activities on a daily, or more frequent, basis.
• Assists Maintenance Lead Person and/or Maintenance Manager in determining proper installation and/or repair procedures.
• Notifies the Maintenance Manager or Lead if additional hand, power or electronic diagnostic tools are required.
• Participates in a preventive maintenance program as directed by supervision.
• Ensures safe work practices and company policies are followed at all times.
• Maintains optimum inventory levels of critical components.
• Operates lift truck and holds a valid driver’s license.
