Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and test complex mechanical/electrical equipment, including automatic machines and process controls, while performing preventive maintenance across production and building systems.

The role requires the ability to work with high/low voltage systems, maintain safety standards, and manage parts inventory, with opportunities in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing high/low voltage electrical work and wiring complex circuits
• Capable of performing light-to-heavy mechanical work, plumbing, carpentry
• Proficient with basic diagnostic equipment
• Troubleshoot complex equipment
• Familiar with manufacturing environment and procedures
• Strong mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude
• Mandatory participation in pay-for-skill program
• Strong work ethic with minimal supervision
• Basic PC literacy
• Familiar with OSHA/PSM programs

Responsibilities

• Review and report personal activities daily.
• Assist in determining installation/repair procedures for equipment.
• Notify when additional diagnostic tools are needed.
• Participate in a preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safe work practices and policies are followed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of critical components.
• Perform other duties as directed by Maintenance Manager.
• Capable of operating a lift truck.
• Must maintain a valid drivers license.
