• Pay: $30.96- $35.97 based on experience + $2.00 shift differential

About the Role

3M is seeking candidates for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in Medina, Ohio. This position offers an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government, or military experience to a 3M career.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects assigned from start to finish
• Implement solutions when equipment is down or not performing optimally
• Determine root cause of failures and eliminate the cause
• Support shift operations in Medina factory, providing solutions to operators
• Foster a collaborative culture for shift solutions

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• At least 2 years of experience as a skilled technician in a relevant environment or a 2-year technical degree in maintenance
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment, including PLCs, sensors, and operator interfaces
• Basic skills in machining, fabrication, welding, pipefitting, and millwright tasks

Location: Onsite in Medina, Ohio. Relocation assistance not authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
