Job summary

Vybond in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to manage projects from start to finish, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues across electrical, mechanical, and process systems.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and support equipment, install and modify electrical systems, read blueprints, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in applied science or technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Industrial Maintenance or related manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.”

KeyResponsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and process related equipment issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and support equipment.

Install, repair,modify, andmaintainelectrical systems, control systems, motors, PLCs, and mechanical components.

Assistin orleadthe construction, installation, and startup of new or modified equipment.

Identifyroot causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.

Maintainaccuratemaintenance records, work orders, and documentationin accordance withcompany requirements.

Collaborate with maintenance and production personnel on major repairs, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.

Perform fabrication, part replacement, and mechanical adjustments asrequired.

Conduct equipment safety inspections and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and company policies.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas ina clean, safe, and orderlycondition.

Move materials, parts, and equipment as necessary to support maintenance activities.

Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
