Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Healthy Families Supervisor to align day-to-day operations, foster trust, open communication, and creative thinking within the program. You will oversee risk management and ensure contract compliance across Knox, Daviess, Martin and Orange counties.

You will provide weekly one-to-one supervision, mentor staff in the field, review reports for accuracy and audits, and lead interview and evaluation processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families.
• Bachelor’s Degree in these fields with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Less than Bachelor’s with commensurate HFA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and oversite of operations within the program, administering polices, practices, procedures, and contract compliance.
• Provide weekly, one-to-one, reflective supervision with staff, and complete all required supporting documentation.
• Mentor and coach program staff, participating with them in the field as appropriate.
• Regularly review reports, documentation and data entry for guideline adherence, accuracy, and accessibility to ensure required information is maintained for audits and annual reports as required by contract.
• Identify situations that require contact to the DCS hotline regarding concerns for the safety and well-being of children in the home are noted
• Conduct interviewing, hiring and staff evaluation processes.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Education
