Job summary

Elk Ave Hospitality in Crested Butte, CO is seeking a Group Beverage Manager to lead beverage programs across multiple concepts. You will manage menus, recipes, pricing, inventory, margins, training, and quality control while coordinating with venue leadership and the Shared Services team.

Qualifications

• Beverage or hospitality management experience required
• Experience training bartenders and service teams
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage menus and recipes across Elk Ave Hospitality
• Maintain current recipes, builds, portions, garnishes, glassware, presentation standards, and pricing
• Coordinate seasonal menu changes and approved product updates with venue leadership
• Monitor beverage costs and margins with the Profitability Manager
• Train and coach beverage and service teams
• Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relations
