Job summary

Elk Ave Hospitality in Crested Butte, CO seeks a highly organized Business Manager for its Shared Services team. This full-time, salaried role supports payroll, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and rigorous document management across all Elk Ave Hospitality concepts in the Gunnison Valley.

You will partner with Finance, Events, Training, and venue leadership to ensure accurate information flows and strong operational controls.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong numeracy and data accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple concepts
• Experience ensuring payroll accuracy and reporting integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and timekeeping accuracy for multiple concepts
• Coordinate Accounts Receivable with Sales & Events and Profitability teams
• Manage Manager Process Scorecards and ensure process compliance
• Ensure correct sales routing and reporting of revenue and items
• Provide invoice-processing backup and support budgeting integration
• Integrate forecasts and budgets across systems and reporting
• Produce KPI and management reports with reliable data
• Own document management and file organization across Shared Services
• Monitor data accuracy across payroll, sales, and accounting systems
• Partner with Training to address recurring process gaps and provide training
• Communicate payroll, AR, forecasting, and reporting status to leadership
