Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in leadership positions, preferably in high acuity assisted living communities.
• State licensing as an Assisted Living Administrator or Nursing Home Administrator (as required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of geriatric care practices and resident-centered care models.
• Strong customer service orientation and genuine interest in geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Executive Director or Department Director during leaves, departures, or openings.
• Train and onboard new Executive Directors and leadership positions.
• Stabilize communities during leadership changes.
• Foster resident well-being, staff development, and process improvement.
• Set long and short-range goals aligned with company direction.
