T-Shirt Tycoon Solutions Inc in Garland, TX is seeking a Press Operator to set up and operate a multi-color automatic screen-printing press, run the DMI, and adjust printing to maintain print quality, registration, color, and production speed.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of inks and solvents, can print line, halftone, and four-color images on a variety of substrates, and will contribute to a safe, clean production area while following policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Good judgement of color, design, and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the press.
• Set dryers to properly dry and/or cure inks.
• Print the job while maintaining production speed and print quality.
• Operate the DMI and log reason codes when the press stops.
• Maintain a clean workstation and press area.
