Responsibilities

• Help define IT and business processes that work well with cloud deployments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help drive issue escalation with other teams.
• Provide 24 X 7 operations for Cloud Hosting Services.
• Contribute and enhance Security policies, procedures and automation for Cloud Services.
• Implement System Management Tools to provide monitoring and management of all Cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct System Outage Analysis to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
