Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer (MTS) to join the Platform Engineering team within Cloud Infrastructure. You will build and operate core platform services in Go and Python, manage Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, and contribute to our GitOps pipelines and IaC initiatives.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional cloud infrastructure experience.
- Kubernetes deployment, troubleshooting and automation.
- Strong programming in Go and/or Python for services and tooling.
- Multi-cloud exposure with AWS; basic compute, networking, IAM basics.
- Familiar with Flux or Argo CD and IaC with Pulumi or Terraform.
- Active use of AI tools in engineering workflows and automation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform services and automation in Go and Python for Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
- Contribute to CD pipelines using GitOps tooling and IaC frameworks for safe releases.
- Participate in fleet initiatives like cluster lifecycle automation and observability improvements.
- Collaborate with SRE, security, and product teams to deliver self-service platform capabilities.
- Adopt AI-assisted practices to multiply output and reduce manual toil.
