Job summary

Annie Aesthetic is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to lead day-to-day clinic operations across a fast-growing multi-site platform. You will start with direct accountability for 1–2 clinics in Issaquah, WA, with a defined path to a full Director of Operations as scope and performance scale.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, KPI ownership, systems management (EMR Zenoti, payroll, inventory), and revenue growth across locations, with equity potential and strong career

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations across multiple sites or clinics.
• Strong track record of driving revenue and cost efficiency.
• Ability to coach and develop clinical and admin teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance for assigned clinic locations.
• Track KPIs and establish accountability rhythms with clinic staff.
• Partner with executive team on reporting and performance reviews.
• Be in-person, day-to-day leader of the clinic and staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, client experience, and efficiency.
• Own core clinic systems (EMR Zenoti, payroll, inventory) and ensure timely execution.
• Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with licenses and standards.
