Job summary

ComForCare Dallas-Garland is seeking a Shared Caregiver to provide care to multiple clients within a premier senior living community in Lake Highlands. This long-term role involves moving between clients, documenting tasks in a care app, and delivering companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and household assistance.

We offer steady hours, a one-location schedule, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts as census grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong time management: balance multiple clients and tasks.
• Reliable smartphone and app familiarity for documenting care.
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community.
• Follow individualized care plans in our mobile app and document each task as completed.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Manage light household needs
• Provide companionship and socialization.
