LeafSpring School at Ballantyne is seeking a dedicated Multi-Classroom Support Teacher to join our early learning community. You will work with teachers to deliver a nurturing, safe, and educational environment for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, implementing play-based activities and managing routines.

The role emphasizes growth in child development, collaboration with staff, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive franchise setting.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Support daily routines including circle time, story time, snack, outdoor play, and rest time.
• Assist with lesson planning and curriculum implementation based on children’s developmental needs and interests.
• Supervise children during classroom transitions, group play, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment aligned with state licensing regulations.
• Encourage independence, self-help skills, and social interaction through positive guidance strategies.
• Observe and document children’s behavior and milestones for communication with families and the teaching team.
