Job summary

The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community seeks an Integrated Media Specialist to lead multi-channel paid media and event strategy across SMSC and its enterprises. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience.
• 2+ year of social media experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• High level knowledge of digital, print, and radio capabilities with data analytics.
• Excellent project management with proven media plan delivery.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on tactics.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive a comprehensive media strategy and budget anchored in print, digital advertising, social media, and events.
• Evaluate spend mix across channels and time periods targeting KPIs to support brand goals.
• Measure the impact of paid media by analyzing metrics for campaigns and programs.
• Manage and optimize the media budget for efficiency.
• Leverage trends, market research, and analytics to report ROI on paid media.
• Strategize and launch engaging branded content with design and multimedia teams.
• Plan social media campaigns for 25+ accounts and lead community management.
• Coordinate marketing creative across channels including print, radio, online and digital.
• Ensure consistency of messages across networks.
• Develop and manage partner budgets and activation calendars.
• Allocate budget to align with enterprise strategy and goals.
