Job summary

Tadano America Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Marketing Specialist at an experienced level to support campaigns and initiatives across North and South America.

You will coordinate marketing activities, ensure alignment with regional and global objectives, develop materials, manage digital channels, events, and campaigns, and collaborate closely with sales to drive lead generation and brand growth. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager – Digital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years marketing experience across digital, content, events, and/or product marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience with CRM, email platforms, or analytics tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual marketing plan and budget aligned to regional/global objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across channels, including media, materials, digital, and events.
• Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and market growth.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Support marketing operations, including budget tracking and vendor coordination.
