Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, social, digital, and events. You will own email marketing administration on Mailchimp, coordinate with agencies, and optimize website content to improve engagement.

You will analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 and other tools, while maintaining martech health and data hygiene. This role offers growth in a collaborative environment with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-time marketing experience in integrated or multi-channel environment.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and WordPress CMS.
• Social media programs across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical mindset using web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Zoho) and data tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strategic ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with attention to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and events.
• Manage email marketing setup, segmentation, dynamic content, and automated workflows on Mailchimp.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure on-brief, on-brand, and on-schedule deliverables.
• Update and optimize website content and landing pages to boost engagement.
• Execute paid and organic social strategies to grow brand awareness and traffic.
• Monitor analytics, derive insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Maintain martech health: tag management, UTMs, and contact hygiene.
• Identify process improvements and test new tactics to improve lead quality.
