Job summary

Sole Suppliers is hiring a Listing Specialist in Hanover, MD to build and maintain accurate product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot. This role focuses on photographing products, entering data, and formatting listings to meet high-volume, repeatable standards.

You’ll work with established templates, manage SKU data and variations, and ensure consistency across channels. Prior experience with listing tools is a plus, and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

Able to perform repetitive, high-volume computer work for a full shift.
Basic photography skills and ability to follow setup specs.
Strong attention to detail to avoid typos and mis-categorization.
Solid computer skills with spreadsheets and web-based tools; quick learner of new platforms.
Ability to sit/stand at a workstation for data entry and photography tasks.
Experience with listing tools like Amazon Seller Central/eBay/TikTok Shop is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Photograph products according to standard setup and specs (lighting, angles, background, file naming).
Create and edit product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot — titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, categorization.
