Job summary

White Cap is seeking an entry-level Associate to handle order entry, pricing, and secure payments. You'll support customers across phone, email, and in-person channels, helping keep transactions accurate and timely.

In this role, you’ll identify stock items, suggest alternatives, and work with the team to meet service commitments. A HS diploma and 0–2 years’ experience are preferred, with basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related area.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactional tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and counter.
• Handles payments securely, including credit card, check, and cash transactions.
• Identifies stock products and recommends alternatives.
• Maintains margin goals within pricing guidelines.
• Cooperates with team to meet service commitments.
