Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to write engaging content across digital channels for our US Crop Protection and pest management brands, including Sentricon. Qualifications

• 3+ years of writing and editing digital content in agriculture, crop protection, or B2B marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and AEO principles for search and AI environments.
• Excellent grammar and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to learn brand voice, guidelines, and writing style quickly.
• Strong time and project management, with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and using them responsibly within brand context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with enterprise CMS like Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, Bynder.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, research, and write content for retailers, licensees, sales reps, and growers across the customer journey.
• Write for multiple brand voices across crop protection and pest management portfolios.
• Create content for websites, articles, email, social media, paid media ad copy, video scripts, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the SEO/search strategy team to optimize for traditional search, AI-generated answers, and emerging discovery channels.
• Develop and manage content calendars with the Content Strategist.
• Repurpose long-form content across formats and channels to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Identify influencers and subject matter expert relationships; conduct interviews.
• Oversee content production, including graphics, stakeholder approvals, and deployments with web/email teams.
• Identify opportunities to add infographics with the designer.
• Support product marketing and prospecting content aligned with brand voice and strategy.
• Proofread, edit, and optimize content for brand voice, effectiveness, accuracy, and search performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted writing tools to accelerate content while maintaining quality.
• Analyze content performance with analytics team and recommend strategy adjustments.
