Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Cert NDT Technician (RT/MT/PT/UTT) for an embedded role in Monaca, PA. You will set up NDT equipment, perform tests to detect defects, and interpret results to support critical reliability programs.

The role requires a Level II certification across RT/MT/PT/UTT and a strong technical background in NDT. You will contribute to safety-compliant inspections and may supervise others as needed.

Position Summary

Acuren is seeking a Multi-Cert NDT Technician (RT/MT/PT/UTT) for an EMBEDDED role in Monaca, PA.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Certified Level II (RT/MT/PT/UTT any combination)
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
• Knowledge of NDT equipment
• Experience in report writing
